Reactivity: Human PKC I&II. Mouse and rat PKC I&II have not been tested, but are expected to react. Cross-reacts with PKC [pT497] (88% homologous) and partially cross-reacts with PKC [pT514] (63% homologous) and [pT566] (75% homologous), as determined by peptide competition experiments.
