- D14HD11 was generated by immunisation with CEA partially purified from a perchloric acid extract from liver metastases of colonic tumors. D14HD11 is a broadly reactive high affinity antibody which reacts with most of the CEACAM molecules (except CEACAM7 and CEACAM8).
