    Flow Cytometry (FACS)
    Specificité
This antibody reacts with CD117 also known as Kit or c-kit receptor. Clone 2B8 recognises an epitope within the extracellular region of CD117.
    Purification
Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein A.
    Immunogène
IL-3 dependent mast cells. Spleen cells from immunised Wistar rats were fused with cells of the Fox-NY mouse myeloma cell line.
