Immunogène A synthetic peptide from aa region 250-300 of human CLCN7 conjugated to blue carrier protein was used as the antigen. The antigen is homologous in rat and mouse.

Sujet Function: Mediates the exchange of chloride ions against protons. Functions as antiporter and contributes to the acidification of the lysosome lumen.
Subcellular location: Lysosome membrane, Multi-pass membrane protein.
Tissue specificity: Brain, testis, muscle and kidney. Also known as: ClC-7, CLCN7, CLC7.
Indications d'application A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended.
The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
Not yet tested in other applications.

Reconstitution Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
