Épitope: pSer1070

Specificité: The antibody detects endogenous level of EGFR only when phosphorylated at serine1070.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogène: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer1070 (R-Y-S (p) -S-D) derived from Human EGFR. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
