Specificité: The antibody detects endogenous level of p44/42 MAP Kinase only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 204.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogène: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr204 (T-E-Y (p) -V-A) derived from Human p44, 42 MAP Kinase. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
