    pThr291

    Specificité

The antibody detects endogenous level of MEK1 only when phosphorylated at threonine 291.

    Purification

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

    Immunogène

Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pThr291 (P-R-T (p) -P-G derived from Human MEK1. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.

    Isotype

    IgG
