  • Indications d'application
ELISA: 2-4 μg/mL. Neutralization. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 5 μg/mL. This CCL5 antibody was validated for use in Immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) Human tissues after heat induced antigenretrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides wereincubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by AlkalinePhosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Sujet
RANTES is a chemoattractant for blood monocytes, memory T helper cells and eosinophils. It causes the release of histamine from basophils and activates eosinophils. It binds to CCR1, CCR3, CCR4 and CCR5 and is one of the major HIV suppressive factors produced by CD8+ T cells. Recombinant RANTES protein induces a dose dependent inhibition of different strains of HIV 1, HIV 2, and simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV). It is T cell and macrophage specific, induced by mitogens, and belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family.Synonyms: C-C motif chemokine 5, D17S136E, E °CP, Eosinophil-chemotactic cytokine, SCYA5, SIS-delta, Small-inducible cytokine A5, T-cell-specific protein RANTES, cell-specific protein P228
