Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution 1/8000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 110 kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates (calculatedMW of 85.0 kDa according to Human NP_001356.1). The observed molecular weightcorresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Chaudhury et al, , AmJ Physiol Gastrointest Liver Physiol.2009 Aug 13. PMID: 19679819).

- Sujet
- PSD95 is a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) family. It heteromultimerizes with DLG2. With DLG2 it is recruited into the same NMDA receptor and potassium channel clusters. These two MAGUK proteins may interact at postsynaptic sites to form a multimeric scaffold for the clustering of receptors, ion channels, and associated signaling proteins.Synonyms: DLGH4, Disks large homolog 4, PSD-95, Postsynaptic density protein 95, SAP-90, SAP90, Synapse-associated protein 90
