    Sujet
PSF1 is an evolutionarily conserved DNA replication factor, which forms the GINS complex with PSF2, PSF3, and SLD5. The tetrameric GINS complex plays an essential role in the initiation and elongation steps of eukaryotic DNA replication. GINS may function in a pathway that involves Cdc45 and is necessary for DNA polymerase epsilon chromatin binding.
