    Sujet
Anti-leukosialin monoclonal antibody (clone L60) recognizes a sialic acid-dependent determinant on leukosialin, a strongly anionic, highly o-linked glycosylated cell surface protein with a 45 nm extracellular domain. Leukosialin, also know as sialophorin or CD43, is a major component of T lymphocyte, thymocyte, and neutrophil (PMN) membranes, and is also expressed on many different cells including monocytes, platelets, bone marrow stem cells, and plasma cells.
