  3. Data indicate that hydrogen sulfide (Montrer SQRDL Anticorps) H(2)S inhibits Abeta (Montrer APP Anticorps)-induced neuronal apoptosis by attenuating mitochondrial translocation of phosphatase and tensin (Montrer TNS1 Anticorps) homologs deleted on chromosome 10 and that activation of PI3K/AKT (Montrer AKT1 Anticorps) signaling pathway plays a critical role in H(2)S-mediated neuronal protection. Our findings provide a novel route into the molecular mechanisms of neuronal apoptosis in Alzheimer's disease.

  4. miR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-217inhibition can protectively antagonize high glucose-induced podocyte damage and insulin (Montrer INS Anticorps) resistance by restoring the defective autophagy pathway via targeting PTEN

  5. that Pten, through the Dlg1 (Montrer DLG1 Anticorps)-binding ability of its PDZ (Montrer INADL Anticorps)-binding domain , accumulates phosphorylated Eg5 (Montrer KIF11 Anticorps) at duplicated centrosomes to establish symmetrical bipolar spindles that properly segregate chromosomes

  6. PTEN mediates hepatic macrophage activation in liver fibrosis.

  7. miR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-718 modulates PI3K/Akt (Montrer AKT1 Anticorps) signaling by directly down-regulating phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN), thereby promoting phosphorylation of Akt (Montrer AKT1 Anticorps), which leads to a decrease in proinflammatory cytokine production.

  8. Downregulated miR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-152 induced impaired hepatic glycogenesis by targeting PTEN. PTEN participated in miR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-152-mediated glycogenesis in hepatocytes via regulation of the AKT (Montrer AKT1 Anticorps)/GSK pathway

  9. The findings of this study suggest that deletion of Pten in the brain results in impaired bone mass and mineralization, which may contribute to weaker bones and thereby a higher fracture risk.

  1. The miR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-19b-PTEN signaling pathway may serve as a novel therapeutic target in the context of ventilator-associated lung fibrosis.

  2. Results show that MiR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-20b binds to the 3'-UTR (Montrer UTS2R Anticorps) of PTEN and their expression inversely correlates in esophageal cancer and cells.

  3. We show that the decrease in PI(4,5)P2 level under non-stimulated conditions inhibits PTEN activity leading to the aberrant activation of the oncoprotein Akt (Montrer AKT1 Anticorps). As well as defining a novel mechanism of Akt (Montrer AKT1 Anticorps) phosphorylation with important therapeutic consequences, we also demonstrate that differential expression levels of FGFR2 (Montrer FGFR2 Anticorps), Plc11 and Grb2 (Montrer GRB2 Anticorps) correlate with patient survival

  4. Inhibition of PLK1 (Montrer PLK1 Anticorps) activity or overexpression of a non-phosphorylatable PLK1 (Montrer PLK1 Anticorps) mutant reduces the polyploid cell population.

  7. our findings demonstrated that dysregulation of miR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-19a plays critical roles in the osteosarcoma stem cells, at least in part via targeting the phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) deleted on chromosome 10. Knockdown of miR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-19a may represent a potential strategy for the osteosarcoma treatment.

  9. Structural mutation analysis of PTEN and its genotype-phenotype correlations in endometriosis and cancer have been presented.

  10. we demonstrate that HOTAIR downregulates miR (Montrer MLXIP Anticorps)-29b expression and attenuates its control on epigenetic regulation, leading to enhanced PTEN methylation, which contributes to the progression of liver fibrosis.

PTEN profil antigène

Antigen Summary

This gene was identified as a tumor suppressor that is mutated in a large number of cancers at high frequency. The protein encoded this gene is a phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate 3-phosphatase. It contains a tensin like domain as well as a catalytic domain similar to that of the dual specificity protein tyrosine phosphatases. Unlike most of the protein tyrosine phosphatases, this protein preferentially dephosphorylates phosphoinositide substrates. It negatively regulates intracellular levels of phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate in cells and functions as a tumor suppressor by negatively regulating AKT\\/PKB signaling pathway.
