Humain Lapin Inconjugué IC, IF, IHC, WB Immunofluorescent analysis of ABCB10 staining in HeLa cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 °C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue). Immunohistochemical analysis of ABCB10 staining in human lung cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX. 200 μL Connectez-vous pour afficher 13 to 14 Days

Human ATP-Binding Cassette, Sub-Family B (MDR/TAP), Member 10 (ABCB10) interaction partners

  1. Data suggest that ABCB10 silencing results in alteration in heme biosynthesis transcriptional profile due to repression by transcriptional regulator BACH1 (Montrer BACH1 Anticorps). (ABCB10 = ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B [MDR-TAP], member 10; BACH1 (Montrer BACH1 Anticorps) = BTB and CNC homology 1 (Montrer BACH1 Anticorps), basic leucine zipper transcription factor 1 (Montrer BACH1 Anticorps))

  2. ABCB10 is involved in unfolded protein response signaling pathway, although it probably does not participate in peptide export from mitochondria.

  3. ABCB10 is required for primitive erythropoiesis and to protect from oxidative stress associated with cardiac ischemia-reperfusion in mice. Antioxidants can rescue the defects associated with ABCB10 loss-of-function in mice.

  4. ABCB10 is not a heme exporter but is required for the early mitochondrial steps of heme biosynthesis.

  5. Data indicate that ABCB10 may exist in an open-inwards conformation when nucleotide is bound.

  6. Human mitochondrial ATP-binding cassette transporter (Montrer ABCA4 Anticorps) ABCB10 is required for efficient red blood cell development.

  7. study of ABCB10 targeting, import, and dimerization

  1. Study demonstrates a mechanism of ABCB10 regulation driven by NF-E2 related factor-2 (Nrf2 (Montrer NFE2L2 Anticorps)). In summary, Nrf2 (Montrer NFE2L2 Anticorps) dysregulation and ABCB10 suppression could likely mediate endothelial oxidative/inflammatory stress and BBB (Montrer ALMS1 Anticorps) disruption in diabetic subjects.

  2. ATP binding and hydrolysis properties of ABCB10 by using the 8-azido-ATP photolabeling technique, was characterized.

  3. A critical role for Abcb10 in heme biosynthesis.

  4. ABC-me deletion causes an increase in mitochondrial superoxide production and protein carbonylation in erythroid precursors.

  5. Ferrochelatase (Montrer FECH Anticorps) forms an oligomeric complex with Mfrn1 (Montrer SLC25A37 Anticorps) and Abcb10 to synergistically integrate mitochondrial iron importation and use for heme biosynthesis.

  6. Data show that the binding domain of Mfrn1 (Montrer SLC25A37 Anticorps)-Abcb10 interaction maps to the N terminus of Mfrn1 (Montrer SLC25A37 Anticorps).

ATP-Binding Cassette, Sub-Family B (MDR/TAP), Member 10 (ABCB10) profil antigène

Profil protéine

The membrane-associated protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White). This protein is a member of the MDR/TAP subfamily. Members of the MDR/TAP subfamily are involved in multidrug resistance. The function of this mitochondrial protein is unknown.
