Plus Kits ELISA pour CD99 partenaires d'interaction

Mouse (Murine) CD99 interaction partners

  1. endothelial CD99 promotes leukocyte attachment to endothelium in inflamed vessels by a heterophilic ligand. In addition, CD99 binds to PILRs on neutrophils, an interaction that leads to increased shear resistance of the neutrophil attachment to ICAM-1.

  2. Endothelial CD99 signals through soluble adenylyl cyclase and PKA to regulate leukocyte transendothelial migration.

  3. role in membrane trafficking of CD99L2 and in controlling transendothelial migration of leukocytes

  4. CD99 plays a crucial role in the attenuation of graft-versus-host disease by regulating the expansion of myeloid-derived suppressor cells.

  5. CD99L2 and CD99 are involved in transendothelial migration of neutrophils in vitro and in the recruitment of neutrophils into inflamed peritoneum

  6. These findings indicate that sialylated O-linked sugar structures on CD99 play an important role in the recognition of PILR.

  7. Vaccination against CD99 inhibits atherogenesis in low-density lipoprotein receptor-deficient mice.

  8. Mouse CD99 is expressed on mouse leukocytes as well as enriched at the endothelial cell borders.

Human CD99 interaction partners

  1. Study showed that isoform 1, of CD99, is exclusively present in human astrocytomas and cell line and regulates functions, such as cytoskeleton remodeling, cell migration, invasion, and adhesion. The present transcriptome data of CD99 silenced GBM cells, suggest that CD99 modulates FAK1/c-Src signaling pathways, related to actin cytoskeleton dynamics.

  2. In summary, we established that tumor suppressor CD99 is markedly downregulated in multiple myeloma.

  3. The present findings identify the genetic basis of the erythroid-specific Xg(a)/CD99 blood group phenotypes and reveal the molecular background of their formation.

  4. Besides confirming the importance of CD99, findings indicate that polymorphic variations in this gene may affect either development or progression of EWS.

  5. CD99 is a marker of acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome stem cells

  6. CD99 expression is increased in patients with active Inflammatory bowel disease, and positively correlated with disease activity.

  7. CD99 counteracts EWS-FLI1 in controlling NF-kappaB signaling through the miR-34a, which is increased and secreted into exosomes released by CD99-silenced Ewing sarcoma cells.

  8. these observations suggest that CD99 is involved in the regulation of CD1a transcription and expression by increasing ATF-2.

  9. CD99 was also paranuclear positive in 4 of 11 (36%) small cell lung carcinomas

  10. High expression of EMMPRIN plays a crucial role in breast cancer cell proliferation, matrigel invasion and tumor formation.

  11. Data show that CD99 antigen expression increased during in vitro differentiation of germinal center B cells and was highest in plasma cells (PCs).

  12. Our results suggest that the CD34/CD25/CD123/CD99(+) LAIP is strictly associated with FLT3-ITD-positive cells.

  13. These results suggest that SEPTIN2-mediated cytoskeletal rearrangement and STATHMIN-mediated differentiation may contribute to changes in cell morphology and differentiation of H/RS cells with CD99 upregulation in Hodgkin lymphoma.

  14. The results highlight an important role of CD99 in the differentiation and activity of human osteoblasts in physiological and pathological conditions.

  15. CD99 can suppress CD98-mediated assembly of pro-tumorigenic signaling complexes through its ability to dephosphorylate focal adhesion kinase.

  16. CD99 expression in astrocytomas of different malignant grades might contribute to the infiltrative ability and support the importance of CD99 as a potential target to reduce infiltrative astrocytoma capacity in migration and invasion.

  17. The dAbd C7 induced rapid and massive EWS cell death through Mdm2 degradation and p53 reactivation. Mdm2 overexpression as well as silencing of p53 in p53wt EWS cells decreased CD99-induced EWS cell death

  18. CD99 expression in nasal lobular capillary haemangioma.

  19. dermatofibromastrongly expresses CD99 in a diffuse pattern that may serve as evidence in distinction from dermatofibrosarcoma

  20. CD99 induces ERK activation, increasing its membrane-bound/cytoplasmic form rather than affecting its nuclear localization.

CD99 profil antigène

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a cell surface glycoprotein involved in leukocyte migration, T-cell adhesion, ganglioside GM1 and transmembrane protein transport, and T-cell death by a caspase-independent pathway. In addition, the encoded protein may have the ability to rearrange the actin cytoskeleton and may also act as an oncosuppressor in osteosarcoma. Cyclophilin A binds to CD99 and may act as a signaling regulator of CD99. This gene is found in the pseudoautosomal region of chromosomes X and Y and escapes X-chromosome inactivation. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
