Plus protéines pour Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein R (HNRNPR) partenaires d'interaction

Zebrafish Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein R (HNRNPR) interaction partners

  1. HnRNP-R-mediated axonal beta-actin (Montrer ACTB Protéines) mRNA translocation plays an essential physiological role for axon growth and presynaptic differentiation.

Human Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein R (HNRNPR) interaction partners

  1. demonstrated that HNRNPR binds MHC class I mRNAs in their 3' untranslated regions and enhances their stability and their expression; regulation by HNRNPR modulates the cytotoxic activity of NK cell; conclude that HNRNPR acts as a general positive regulator of MHC class I expression

  2. SMN (Montrer STMN1 Protéines) is involved in the axonal translocation of hnRNP R and hnRNP R-bound RNA/protein complexes.

  3. Data demonstrate that expression levels of hnRNP A1 (Montrer HNRNPA1 Protéines), Q, K, R, and U influence HIV-1 production by persistently infected astrocytes, linking these hnRNPs to HIV replication.

  4. Short-term exercise resulted in a significant increase of mRNA expression of genes encoding proteins involved in the formation of precatalytic splisosome: HNRNPR.

  5. HNRNPR enhanced transcription from the c-fos promoter.

Mouse (Murine) Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein R (HNRNPR) interaction partners

  1. HnRNP R shapes the axonal transcriptome and its activity toward RNA localization is intricately linked to its main binding partner, noncoding RNA 7SK.

  2. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein R cooperates with mediator to facilitate transcription reinitiation on the c-Fos gene.

  3. HnRNP-R-mediated axonal beta-actin (Montrer ACTB Protéines) mRNA translocation plays an essential physiological role for axon growth and presynaptic differentiation.

Profil protéine HNRNPR

Profil protéine

This gene belongs to the subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of the hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, some seem to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The hnRNP proteins have distinct nucleic acid binding properties. The protein encoded by this gene has three repeats of quasi-RRM domains that bind to RNAs and also contains a nuclear localization motif. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
