The adoptive transfer of CD103(+) cDC1s to Batf3 (Montrer BATF3 Protéines) deficient animals reversed these observed changes and more importantly could attenuate cellular damage and inflammation in established steatohepatitis.
AEbeta7 is of key relevance for gut trafficking of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) CD8(+) T cells and CD4(+) Th9 cells in vivo and mainly retention might account for this effect. These findings indicate that blockade of alphaEbeta7 in addition to alpha4beta7 may be particularly effective in intestinal disorders with expansion of CD8(+) and Th9 cells such as IBD.
Mesenteric lymph node CD11b (Montrer ITGAM Protéines)(-) CD103(+) PD-L1 (Montrer CD274 Protéines)(High) dendritic cell subset probably takes up luminal antigens in the intestine, migrates to MLNs, and highly induces regulatory T cells through TGF-beta (Montrer TGFB1 Protéines) activation.
NR4A3 (Montrer NR4A3 Protéines) plays an important role in the regulation of CD103+ mDCs by regulating CCR7 (Montrer CCR7 Protéines)-dependent cell migration.
Oral treatment with the mucosal adjuvant cholera toxin (CT) induces expression of T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain containing 4 (TIM-4 (Montrer TIMD4 Protéines)) on a proportion of CD103+ CD11b (Montrer ITGAM Protéines)+ dendritic cell (DC) in the intestinal lamina propria (LP).
while alphaE (CD103) expression is indeed associated with hTGFbeta1 in vivo, it has little, if any, influence on the course of the psoriasis-like phenotype in K5.hTGFbeta1 transgenic mice
Intestinal CD103(+)CD11b (Montrer ITGAM Protéines)(-) dendritic cells restrain colitis via IFN-gamma-induced (Montrer SAMHD1 Protéines) anti-inflammatory response in epithelial cells.
Antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes target airway CD103+ and CD11b (Montrer ITGAM Protéines)+ dendritic cells to suppress allergic inflammation.
CD103 on FoxP3 (Montrer FOXP3 Protéines)+ Treg cells was involved in Treg retention to inflamed skin.
Interleukin-12-producing CD103+ CD11b (Montrer ITGAM Protéines)- CD8 (Montrer CD8A Protéines)+ dendritic cells are responsible for eliciting gut (Montrer GUSB Protéines) intraepithelial lymphocyte response against Encephalitozoon cuniculi.
Pxn (Montrer PXN Protéines) binding to the CD103 cytoplasmic tail triggers alphaEbeta7 integrin outside-in signaling that promotes CD8 (Montrer CD8A Protéines)(+) T-cell migratory behavior and effector functions.
The CD103+CD4+/CD4 (Montrer CD4 Protéines)+ ratio does not accurately discriminate between sarcoidosis and other causes of lymphocytic alveolitis, neither alone nor in combination with the CD4 (Montrer CD4 Protéines)+/CD8 (Montrer CD8A Protéines)+ ratio, and is not a powerful marker for the diagnosis of sarcoidosis.
CD103 expression in human dendritic cells is regulated differentially by retinoic acid and Toll (Montrer TLR4 Protéines)-like receptor ligands.
detected CD103 tumor cells in 41% (16/39) of lymph node-involved adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma
Levels of GZMA (Montrer GZMA Protéines) and ITGAE mRNAs in colon tissues can identify patients with UC who are most likely to benefit from etrolizumab; expression levels decrease with etrolizumab administration in biomarker(high) patients.
PD-1 (Montrer PDCD1 Protéines)(+)CD103(+) CD8 (Montrer CD8A Protéines) TIL (Montrer TLR1 Protéines) might regain functional antitumor activity, an effect that potentially could be augmented by immune modulation.
This report highlights the diagnostic difficulties and the need of consensus in categorizing clonal CD103(+) lymphocytosis in patients with refractory celiac disease.
Cell-sorting experiments demonstrated that IDO1 (Montrer IDO1 Protéines) expression is found in a subset of CD1a (Montrer CD1A Protéines)(+)CD14 (Montrer NDUFA2 Protéines)(-)langerin (Montrer CD207 Protéines)(+) cells, expressing CD103
Report CD103 expression occurs most frequently in gastrointestinal T-cell lymphomas.
Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This gene encodes an I-domain-containing alpha integrin that undergoes post-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain, yielding disulfide-linked heavy and light chains. In combination with the beta 7 integrin, this protein forms the E-cadherin binding integrin known as the human mucosal lymphocyte-1 antigen. This protein is preferentially expressed in human intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and in addition to a role in adhesion, it may serve as an accessory molecule for IEL activation.
