Plus Kits ELISA pour PGD Synthetase partenaires d'interaction

Mouse (Murine) PGD Synthetase (PGDS) interaction partners

  1. These observations suggest that tumor cell-derived inflammatory cytokines increase L-PGDS expression and subsequent PGD2 production in the tumor endothelial cells (ECs). This PGD2 acts as a negative regulator of the tumorigenic changes in tumor ECs.

  2. Exposure of macrophages to cyclooxygenase (COX-2) inhibitors RhoA and LA-4 cells to antagonists of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) receptor , PGD2 receptors or the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) receptor c-Met (PHA-665752), reversed EMT inhibition by the conditioned medium

  3. Ptgds is targeted and repressed by the CUL4B/PRC2 complex.

  4. Thermodynamic and nuclear magnetic resonance analyses demonstrated that L-PGDS binds to nicotinamide coenzymes, including NADPH, NADP(+), and NADH.

  5. Prostaglandin D2 synthase is a novel MR target gene in adipocytes.

  6. When prostaglandin D2 synthase is upregulated it participates in the regulation of peripheral nervous system myelination.

  7. expression of L-PGDS in mouse lungs decreased neutrophilic infiltration, ameliorating lung inflammation in mice.

  8. Silencing of PTGDS also alleviated H-rev107-mediated suppression of cell migration and invasion

  9. In this report, we show for the first time that alteration of the PTGDS-governed PGD2 pathway disturbs testicular migration in mice.

  10. Data indicate a PLA2G3-lipocalin-type PGD2 synthase (L-PGDS)-PGD2 receptor DP1 loop that drives mast cell maturation.

  11. The levels of lipocalin-type prostaglandin D2 synthase, and its product PGD2 each varied significantly among background strains of mice after wounding, and the highest Ptgds and PGD2 levels were associated with the lowest amount of regeneration.

  12. L-PGDS and PPARgamma2 coordinate to regulate carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

  13. The lipocalin-type prostaglandin D2 KO mice show early elevations in HPA activity with no age-related changes relative to the C57BL/6 mice.

  14. Results suggest that L-PGDS plays an important role in the regulation of glucose utilization in vivo.

  15. Delta(12)-PGJ(2) is a dominant metabolite of L-PGDS-produced PGD(2) during adipogenesis and acts as an activator for adipogenesis through both PPARgamma-dependent and -independent mechanisms

  16. Findings demonstrate that the backbone conformation of the bottom region of mouse lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase is still maintained in the intermediate state.

  17. L-PGDS protein regulates glial cell migration and morphology through Marcks in prostaglandin D2 independent manner.

  18. Negative regulation of the adipogenesis program by the enhanced expression of L-PGDS through a cellular mechanism involving the interference of the PPARgamma signaling pathway without the contribution of endogenous pro-adipogenic prostanoids.

  19. PGD2 is produced in articular tissue during the development of collagen-induced arthritis and plays an antiinflammatory role, acting through the DP1 receptor.

  20. results suggest the importance of selenium in the shunting of AA metabolism toward the production of PGD(2) metabolites, which may have clinical implications

Human PGD Synthetase (PGDS) interaction partners

  1. The DHEA metabolite 7beta-hydroxy-epiandrosterone exerts anti-estrogenic effects on breast cancer cell lines.

  2. Lipocalin-type PGD synthase is a novel phytocannabinoid-binding protein.

  3. High lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase expression is associated with Spontaneous intracranial hypotension.

  4. Measurement of serum BTP can be a reliable tool for detecting kidney function in neonates.

  5. Thus, our results suggest decreased NK cell-mediated eosinophil regulation, possibly through an increased level of PGD2, as a previously unrecognized link between PG dysregulation and eosinophilic inflammation in CRS.

  6. These observations suggest that tumor cell-derived inflammatory cytokines increase L-PGDS expression and subsequent PGD2 production in the tumor endothelial cells (ECs). This PGD2 acts as a negative regulator of the tumorigenic changes in tumor ECs.

  7. The cut off value for betaTP in the diagnosis and follow-up of cerebrospinal fluid leaks should be modified depending on the type of secretion (sample type), for a better diagnostic accuracy

  8. Serum levels of beta trace protein and beta 2 microglobulin can be used to predict residual kidney function in hemodialysis patients.

  9. BTP and B2M levels are less affected than serum by amputation, and should be considered for future study of GFR estimation

  10. Hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthase defines a proeosinophilic pathogenic effector human T(H)2 cell subpopulation with enhanced function

  11. levels of L-PGDS in cervicovaginal secretions of pregnant women at different stages of parturition correlate with preterm birth.

  12. Given that uPGDS levels fall after treatment of LN, uPGDS may be used to monitor the efficacy of therapy. It can also differentiate patients with active nephritis and active non renal lupus.

  13. PTGDS mRNA expression was down-regulated in rapid-cycling bipolar disorder patients in a euthymic, depressive, and manic/hypomanic state compared with healthy control subjects.

  14. Expression of MR and prostaglandin D2 synthase is strongly correlated in adipose tissues from obese patients.

  15. involved in pathogenesis of androgenetic alopecia [review]

  16. These data indicate that scalp is spatially programmed via mast cell prostaglandin D-synthase distribution in a manner reminiscent of the pattern seen in androgenetic alopecia.

  17. These results suggest that L-PGDS acted as a scavenger of biliverdin, which is a molecule not found in normal CSF.

  18. Lipocalin-type prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) synthase (L-PGDS) interacts intracellularly with the G protein-coupled receptor DP1 in an agonist-independent manner.

  20. Structural and dynamic insights into substrate binding and catalysis of human lipocalin prostaglandin D synthase.

PGD Synthetase (PGDS) profil antigène

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a glutathione-independent prostaglandin D synthase that catalyzes the conversion of prostaglandin H2 (PGH2) to postaglandin D2 (PGD2). PGD2 functions as a neuromodulator as well as a trophic factor in the central nervous system. PGD2 is also involved in smooth muscle contraction/relaxation and is a potent inhibitor of platelet aggregation. This gene is preferentially expressed in brain. Studies with transgenic mice overexpressing this gene suggest that this gene may be also involved in the regulation of non-rapid eye movement sleep.
