Indications d'application: Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as otherantibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISAusing Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) as a substrate for 30 minutes at roomtemperature. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:80,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL deionized water or equivalent.

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 0.01 % (w/v) Sodium Azide, 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free)
