Attributs du produit: Neutralization Activity: This antibody has been reported to be useful for the neutralization of recombinant mouse IL-10. Neutralization activity may be measured with a proliferation assay using 5 ng/mL recombinant mouse IL-10 (Cat. No. 550070) and 0.1 ng/mL recombinant mouse IL-4 (Cat. No. 550067) to co-stimulate MC/9 cells at 1x10^4 cells/mL as indicator cells (i.e. preincubation of the antibody with the recombinant mouse IL-10 for 60 min).

Indications d'application: ELISA: The purified format of the JES5-2A5 antibody (Cat. No. 551215) has been reported to be useful as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA for mouse IL-10. Purified JES5-2A5 antibody can be paired with the biotinylated SXC-1 antibody (Cat. No. 554423) or biotinylated JES5-16E3 antibody (Cat. No. 554465) and recombinant mouse IL-10 (Cat. No. 550070) as the standard. Purified JES5-2A5 antibody should be titrated (suggested 2-6 µg/mL) to determine the optimal concentration for ELISA capture. An appropriate range of concentrations of the mouse IL-10 standard for obtaining a linear standard curve is 2 ng/mL to 15 pg/mL mouse IL-10.
