Indications d'application:

DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 90-100 kDa band in lysates of Human Heart, Skeletal Muscle, Colon, Duodenum and Pancreas after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 36.5 kDa according to NP_005241.1. The 90-100 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
