Purification: SNX26 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogène: SNX26 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of SNX26.

Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band in human bone marrow, kidney, and pancreas lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. SNX26 antibody may detect the isoform A1A5D2 (UniProtKB) with a molecular weight of 81.4 kDa which is similar in amino acid sequence to NP_443180.2 however lacking aa729-1268. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human brain shows cytoplasm staining of Purkinje cells in cerebellum. Recommended concentration, 2.5 μg/mL.
