    Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 48 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi and Jurkat (calculated MW of 44.2 kDa according to NP_057353.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Yasumoto et al , EMBO J. 2002 Jun 3,21(11):2703-14., PMID: 12032083). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
