Indications d'application:

DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 50 kDa band in lysates of Human Lung and of cell line A549 after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 42.1 kDa according to NP_002554.1. The 50 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
