ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: 1-20 μg/mL in paraformaldehyde fixed tissue sections. Immunofluorescence: 1-20 μg/mL in paraformaldehyde fixed tissue sections.
