Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 10 μg/mL. This antibody was validated for use in Immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigenretrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides wereincubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by AlkalinePhosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
