- Sujet
- Ror-1 is a Trk/Ror type protein kinase. Mice lacking Ror1-have no apparent skeletal or cardiac abnormalities, but die soon after birth due to respiratory dysfunction. Two isoforms have been isolated from human tissues: the full length form, and a truncated form lacking the transmembrane and the extracellular domains.Synonyms: NTRKR1, Tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor ROR1
