Immunogène Rat PCNA made in the protein A expression vector PR1T2T.
Clone PC10
Isotype IgG2a kappa
Purification Prediluted.
Plasmids, Primers & others Plasmids, Primers & others PCNA products on genomics-online (e.g. as negative or positive controls)
Autre désignation Proliferating CellAntigen / PCNA (PCNA Antibody Extrait)
Sujet Prediluted The 36 kD proliferating cell nuclear antigen was originally defined as an intranuclear polypeptide whose synthesis reaches its maximum during the S phase of the cell cycle. This antibody reacts with proliferating cells in a wide range of normal tissues, but the proportion of proliferating cells with PCNA nuclear immunoreactivity is currently unclear.
ID gène 5111
Pathways Telomere Maintenance, Réparation de l'ADN, Mitotic G1-G1/S Phases, DNA Replication, Synthesis of DNA, Autophagy
Indications d'application Staining Procedure: The prediluted antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed paraffinembedded tissue sections. For paraffin-embedded tissue sections, we recommend an incubation time and temperature of 30 minutes at 37° C for this antibody, when used in conjunction with immunoperoxidase staining kit. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope.
