Options
Attributs du produit The secreted recombinant human CD38 comprises 269 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 31.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhCD38 migrates as an approximately 43-45 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Protein Structure: A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human CD38 (NP_001766.2) (Val 43-Ile 300) with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag was expressed.
Predicted N-Term: Val 43
Pureté > 97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
niveau d'endotoxine < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Biological Activity Comment Measured by its ability to convert the substrate nicotinamide guanine dinucleotide
(NGD+) to cyclic GDPribose.The specific activity is > 2,500 pmoles/min/μg.
