- Sujet
- Estradiol 17-beta-dehydrogenase 1, also known as HSD17B1, belongs to the short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) family. This protein favors the reduction of estrogens and androgens. Recombinant human HSD17B1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
