- Attributs du produit
- Protein. The extracellular domain of mouse CD275 [B7-H2] (aa 48-279) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc region of a mutant mouse IgG2a. Source: CHO cells. Endotoxin content: <0.06EU/μg protein (LAL test, Lonza). Lyophilized from 0.2μm-filtered solution in PBS. Acts as a long lasting fusion protein which only binds to the receptor. Mutations to the complement (C1q) and FcgammaR I binding sites of the IgGs Fc fragment render the fusion proteins incapable of antibody directed cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement directed cytotoxicity (CDC). Purity: >98 % (SDS-PAGE). Mouse CD275 (B7-H2) is a member of the growing B7 family of immune costimulatory proteins. CD275 has been identified as the ligand for ICOS, a member of the CD28 family of co-stimulatory receptors. Mouse CD275 is expressed on resting B cells and at low levels on monocytes. The CD275/ICOS interaction appears to play roles in T cell dependent B cell activation and Th differentiation.

- Biological Activity Comment
- Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human ICOS at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) can bind biotinylated B7-H2 (mouse):Fc (mouse) (rec.) (non-lytic) with a linear range of 0.1-1.0μg/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
