Sujet: Nucleobindin-2(Nucb2) is a calcium-binding EF-hand protein. In mouse brain, Nucb2 was localized in neuronal perikarya and dendrites. Recombinant mouse Nucb2 was expressed in E.coli and purified by conventional chromatography techniques.
