Sujet
- Ras-related protein Rab-11A, also known as RAB11A, belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, Rab family. It is associated with both constitutive and regulated secretory pathways, and may be involved in protein transport. RAB11A is a known marker for protein trafficking, sorting, and recycling in the endosomal pathway. Recombinant human RAB11A, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
