Specificité: The antibody reacts with all three neurofilament proteins, Mr 68.000, 150.000 and 200.000 molecules in mouse and recognizes proteins 150.000 and 200.000 in human.

Immunogène: Monoclonal antibody to neurofilaments is derived from the hybridoma produced by fusion between myeloma cells and Balb/c spleen cells. Purified neurofilament triplet proteins from human spinal cord were used as immunogen.
