    Sujet
Rat MIP-2 (macrophage inflammatory protein-2) is a 69-amino acid CXC chemokine originally cloned from LPS-stimulated rat lung1. MIP-2 is induced during acute inflammation in rat models of disease. It is a potent neutrophil chemotactic factor both in vitro and in vivo 2 ,3 ,4,5.
