Specificité: This antibody BM5054 (7F1) reacts with the 39 kDa RAP protein, which is cosynthesized with Human LRP/alpha2MR (low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein/alpha2-Macro-Globulin Receptor). It inhibits the binding of ligands, e.g. tPA, uPA, VLDL, liproprotein lipase, and alpha2-Macroglobulin-proteinase complexes to LRP/A2MR.
