Indications d'application: Immunocytochemical: this product has been found to stain PLP fixed rat brain sectionsknown to express the muscarinic M3 receptor using ABC techniques at a dilution of1: 2,500. Western immunoblotting: successful by using whole rat brain homogenerate at a dilutionof 1: 500.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore with 0.1 mL PBS containing 10 mg/mL BSA or with additional buffer for more dilute antibody.
