Indications d'application: Immunohistochemistry on Frozen and Paraffin sections.1/25-1/50 dilution in an ABCmethod. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. Formalinfixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Placenta.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Factor XIII is a dermal dendrocyte marker and shows variable reaction with these types of tumors.
