ELISA: To detect hMIP-5-alpha by direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) thisantibody can be used at a concentration of 0.15 - 0.30 μg/mL. Used in conjunction withcompatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinanthMIP-5-alpha. Western blot: To detect hMIP-5-alpha by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used ata concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents the detection limit for recombinant hMIP-5-alpha is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under eitherreducing or non-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

Sujet
- Macrophage inflammatory protein 5 (CCL15) is a member of the human beta-chemokine family and is chemotactic for T cells and monocytes but not neutrophils, eosinophils, or B cells. It induces changes in intracellular calcium concentration in monocytes and is thought to act through the CCR1 receptor but also binds to CCR3.Synonyms: C-C motif chemokine 15, Chemokine CC-2, Leukotactin-1, MIP-1 delta, MIP-5, Macrophage inflammatory protein 5, Mrp-2b, NCC-3, NCC3, SCYA15, Small-inducible cytokine A15
