Indications d'application
-
Neutralization. ELISA: To detect hLEC by direct ELISA (using 100l/well antibody solution) a concentrationof at least 0.5 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, inconjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/wellof recombinant hLEC. Western Blot: To detect hLEC by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1- 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant hLEC is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

Sujet
- LEC (liver expressed cytokine) displays chemotactic activity for lymphocytes and monocytes but not for neutrophils. It also shows a potent myelosuppressive activity and suppresses proliferation of myeloid progenitor cells. Its expression is upregulated by IL10.Synonyms: C-C motif chemokine 16, Chemokine CC-4, Chemokine LEC, IL-10-inducible chemokine, ILINCK, LCC-1, LCC1, Liver-expressed chemokine, Lymphocyte and monocyte chemoattractant, Monotactin-1, NCC-4, SCYA16
