Indications d'application: Indirect ELISA: To detect Human BD-2 by indirect ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibodysolution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinitypurified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detectionof at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hBD-2. Sandwich ELISA: To detect hBD-2 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution)a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purifiedantibody, in conjunction with biotinylated Anti-Human BD-2 (PP1125B1 or PP1125B2) as adetection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hBD-2. Western Blot: To detect hBD-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant hBD-2 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
