Indications d'application
-
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostimmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Mutarotase[Porcine Kidney] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated AffinityPurified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) (R1364HRP) and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 8,000 to 1: 40,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
