Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot) and ELISA. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Pancreatic IsletLysate [Porcine Pancreas] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugatedAffinity Purified anti-Dog IgG [H&L] (Goat) and o-Phenylenediamine (OPD) as a substrate. Aworking dilution of 1: 50 to 1: 100 is suggested for this product. This product has beenassayed against 1.5 μg of Pancreatic Islet Lysate [Porcine Pancreas] per lane byImmunoblot (Western) under reducing conditions of SDS-PAGE prior to transfer tonitrocellulose and detection using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Dog IgG[H&L] (Goat) and Diaminobenzidine (DAB) as a substrate. A working dilution of 1: 50 to1: 200 is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
