Sujet
- This antigen is a 100kD, GPI anchored molecule expressed on peripheral blood polymorphonuclear cells The antigen is expressed strongly by mature granulocytes and meta-myelocytes, but only weakly by bone marrow myelocytes. Peripheral blood monocytes and lymphocytes do not express significant amounts of the antigen.Synonyms: CD67, CGM6, Carcinoembryonic antigen CGM6, Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 8, NCA-95, Non-specific cross-reacting antigen NCA-95
