Application
- Western Blotting (WB), Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
- Specificité
- This antibody recognises the CD89 cell surface antigen. MIP8a blocks binding of IgA to the Fc alpha R, and also inhibits neutrophil phagocytosis of IgA complexes. The preservative free format of this antibody (product code SM1198A) is recommended for functional studies.
