Flow cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on MOLT4 cells. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Recommended positive control tissue: Skin.
