Indications d'application
-
Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded tissues (1:10 - 1:100): The use of 4 % paraformaldehyde fixation rather than formalin fixation is recommended. Does not require protein digestion pre-treatment nor antigen retrieval using heat prior to staining of paraffin embedded sections. Suitable positive control: Kidney, cultered osteoclasts. A sensitive detection system is also recommended, e.g. a catalysed signal amplification system). ELISA (1:10,000). Western blot using reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

Sujet
- Calcitonin Receptor is a seven transmembrane domain cell surface protein which is coupled to G protein messenger systems. Calcitonin receptor is expressed in kidney, central and peripheral nervous systems and in osteoclasts. It is also expressed in a number of tissues during the development of the embyro and may be important in foetal morphogenesis.Synonyms: CALCR, CT-R, CTR
