Application Note: Anti-Beta Amylase Biotin Conjugated Antibody has been tested by dot blot and western blot. This product is assayed against 1.0 μg of b-Amylase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:20,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Western Blot Dilution: 1:500 - 1:3,000

Sujet
- Background: Anti-Beta Amylase antibody works through the hydrolysis of 1,4 alpha-D-glucosidic linkages in polysaccharides to remove successive maltose units from the non-reducing ends of the chains. Anti-Beta Amylase is often used in the structural analysis of starch and glycogen and is found in the cytoplasmic region. Anti-Beta Amylase antibody is ideal for researchers interested in Metabolism, Signal Transduction, and Cell Biology research.
