    C-Term

    Specificité

Specific for detyrosinated alpha-tubulin (glu-tubulin) and polyglutamylated tubulin (also beta-tubulin).

    Réactivité croisée (Details)

No cross reaction to tyrosinated tubulin.

    Immunogène

Synthetic peptide VDSVEGEGEEEGEE (14 C-terminal aa of detyrosinated alpha-tubulin) coupled to BSA via glutaraldehyde. Epitope X-EE including the terminal alpha-carboxylate group. All linkages in the peptide involve alpha-peptide bonds.

    Isotype

    IgG1
  • Indications d'application

    WB: 1:1000, ICC: 1:200 up to 1:500, IHC: 1:500, IHC-P: 1:1000,

    Commentaires

WB: Tween 20 (other detergents not yet tested) should not be added to the blocking and washing solution. It greatly diminishes the intensity of the signal.

    Restrictions

    For Research Use only
  • Format

    Lyophilized

    Reconstitution

For reconstitution add 100µl H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS.

    Buffer

PBS. Albumin and azide were added for stabilization.
