    Sujet
    B. anthracis is an obligate parasite, from the Bacillus genus, and causes anthrax, an acute infectious disease which mainly affects ruminants. Anthrax can also infect humans, and is known to infect in three forms, cutaneous, inhalation and gastrointestinal. Inhalation and gastrointestinal infection is highly lethal if not treated quickly. B. anthracis primarily infects macrophages, causing immune suppression and resulting in a massive terminal bacteraemia.Synonyms: Anthrax toxins translocating protein, PA-83, PA83, pagA
