Specificité: Specific for the porcine CD169 cell surface antigen, also known as sialoadhesin, which is expressed by subsets of cells of the macrophage/ monocyte cell lineage. CD169 is preferentially expressed on cells in the late stages of maturation. It is expressed strongly on alveolar and tissue macrophages, but weakly on blood monocytes.
